Dr Om Manchanda’s leadership at NATHEALTH is marked by his pivotal role in spearheading policy discussions and collaborations in lab and diagnostics assessment.

Beyond this, he is involved in initiatives in areas including health financing optimization, digital health innovation promotion and capacity building in the healthcare sector.

His advocacy for mental health support for healthcare workers, particularly during challenges posed by the pandemic, reflects his compassionate leadership style, which prioritises the holistic well-being of professionals in the field.

With his recent appointment to the leadership team and after assuming the role of Treasurer from April 1, 2024, Dr Manchanda is further poised to enhance NATHEALTH’s impact on the sector.

He will not only facilitate fruitful discussions but also drive quality improvements, and foster collaboration among stakeholders, all aimed at advancing healthcare in India.

Dr Om Manchanda’s leadership in shaping priorities, providing guidance, and contributing to policy advocacy efforts within FICCI is vital for driving positive change in the healthcare sector.

Leveraging his expertise and experience, Dr Manchanda deeply understands the complexities of the healthcare landscape and the nuances of regulatory frameworks.
